Work involved is everything from general carpentry to preparing shooter packets and brochures. \nWork parties start at 9 am each day and generally run until early afternoon. Lunch for workers is provided. \nEach time you help at a work party and arrive on time\, you receive an additional entry towards winning a free gun. So the more you help the club out\, the greater chance you have! \nThe work party gun drawing will be held afer Trailhead at the April THSS Match. SUMMARY:2016 TSRA Cowboy Action East Regional Match
DESCRIPTION:Gunsmoke will be hosting the TSRA Cowboy Action Southeast Regional match on Saturday\, January 30\, 2016.  It will be a one day\, six stage match. \nEveryone is welcome to shoot the match\, BUT YOU MUST BE A TSRA MEMBER IN GOOD STANDING TO COMPETE FOR TSRA AWARDS. \nThis is a 6 stage fund-raiser match. Registration at 7:30am. Safety meeting at 8:30am.  Award Certificates for 1st Place. FREE TSRA 2016 STATE CHAMPIONSHIP entries to be given to the Top Male and Female Overall. Lunch is available for a fee. Dry RV camping. After lunch\, will be the famous\, TSRA BALLOON SHOOT. Using wax bullets and pistol supplied by Ghost\, if your ticket is drawn\, you will get one shot to burst one of six balloons with CASH and other prizes inside. Match “Buy-a-Miss” will be in effect to benefit THSS. \nAll SASS categories will be honored. \nClick on the icon below for the application.

DESCRIPTION:August is the hottest month of the year for most Texans\, so we dress a little different for this event at Gunsmoke.  You can wear as much\, or as little\, Hawaiian theme clothing as you want.The only requirements are that you must wear your hat\, boots\, and gun leather. \n \n  \nAnything else goes\, Hawaiian print shirts\, tank tops\, grass skirts\, shorts\, swimsuit\, you get the idea. Come on out and have some fun\, the wilder the outfit\, the better. Naturally\, this is all volunteer\, not a requirement.
